POSITION OVERVIEW
Momentum is seeking a Partnership Manager to help drive the growth, engagement, and impact of our partner network across Israel. As a key member of the Partnership Department, this role will identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities and support the successful implementation of Momentum programs in the region.
Reporting to the Associate Director, Israel, and working closely with the existing Israel Partnership Manager, the Partnership Manager will combine strategic relationship-building with strong project management and hands-on execution. This role is essential to ensuring that partners are well-supported, regional goals are met, and Momentum’s mission continues to grow and thrive across Israel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Recruitment
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to build a strong pipeline of partner organizations for Momentum trips, fellowships, global conferences, local events, and other major initiatives.
- Identify, research, and cultivate new organizational leads across Israel, including through alumni networks, community ecosystems, board referrals, colleagues, and community leaders.
- Expand Momentum’s network of partner organizations by building relationships with mission-aligned organizations and community stakeholders.
- Recruit new and existing partners to participate in a range of Momentum programs and initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for partnership growth, collaboration, and leadership development across the region.
Relationship Management and Impact
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned partners, building strong, trust-based relationships and ensuring alignment with Momentum’s mission, expectations, policies, and program goals.
- Guide partners in using evaluation data to inform decisions, improve outcomes, and expand community engagement.
- Help ensure regional impact goals are achieved through partner diversity, participant growth, and effective educational programming.
- Foster collaboration among partner organizations to strengthen the regional network and share best practices.
- Work with partners to amplify Momentum initiatives that support Israeli society, including cross-sector volunteering and community engagement opportunities.
Project Management
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage timelines, communications, deliverables, and logistics that ensure a seamless partner and participant experience.
- Oversee recruitment, application, registration, onboarding, and preparation processes for assigned programs.
- Track partner activity, maintain accurate CRM records, manage department metrics, and prepare routine and ad hoc reports.
- Manage assigned departmental projects and program implementation plans, including timelines, milestones, communications, reporting, documentation, budget alignment, and metrics for success.
- Support the evaluation process, led by Momentum’s Evaluation Manager, to capture program impact and share results with partners.
Momentum Trips
- Prepare and support partners in sending participants on Momentum trips, coordinating planning, logistics, participant readiness, and Momentum-led pre-trip training in collaboration with the Israel Partnership team.
Leadership Development Fellowship
- Support partner and cohort onboarding prior to the Leadership Summit and provide ongoing support throughout the 10-week fellowship coaching period.
- Maintain post-program relationships to capture impact, deepen engagement, and identify future partnership opportunities.
Communications
- Support online community engagement, including creating relevant posts, marketing Momentum programs, responding to partner and alumni content, and helping expand the reach of Momentum’s alumni network in Israel.
Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in partnership management, program operations, community engagement, member relations, or a related field.
- Fluency in Hebrew and English required, including strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with partners, participants, donors, volunteers, and internal teams.
- Strong database and CRM proficiency required; Salesforce and Asana experience preferred.
- Deep passion for and commitment to Momentum’s mission and to Israeli society.
- Ability to periodically travel to organizational programs and events.
- Ability to work nontraditional hours, including 2 weeknights to overlap with US team and as needed for other meetings and events.
- Experience with Hebrew marketing, communications, or social media engagement preferred.
The salary range is 14000 - 15000 NIS per month, depending on relevant experience.
