POSITION OVERVIEW 

As a key member of the Partnership Department, the Partnership Manager – Mid-Atlantic Region drives Momentum’s growth and impact across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and surrounding areas.

Reporting to the Associate Director of North America, this position manages and expands a network of Partner organizations while identifying new opportunities for collaboration, leadership development, and community engagement. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to ensure that Partners are supported, impact goals are met, and Momentum’s mission continues to thrive throughout the region.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  

Strategic Recruitment
  • Expand the number of Momentum Partner organizations by identifying and cultivating new relationships across the region.
  • Proactively research, prospect, and pursue new organizational leads, including referrals from board members, colleagues, and community leaders.
  • Recruit Partners and participants for Momentum trips, leadership summits, global conferences, local events and other major initiatives.

Relationship Management and Impact
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for regional Partners, ensuring alignment with Momentum’s mission, expectations, and policies.
  • Collaborates and coaches Partners to maximize their investment with Momentum, helping them achieve the greatest possible community impact through effective fundraising, marketing, and recruitment strategies.
  • Guides Partners in using evaluation data to inform decisions, improve outcomes, and expand community engagement
  • Ensure that regional impact goals are achieved through Partner diversity, participant growth, and effective educational programming.
  • Foster collaboration among Partner organizations to build a strong regional network and share best practices.

Project Management
  • Fully prepare Partners to send their constituents on Momentum trips, including planning, logistics, and participant readiness.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage timelines, communications, and deliverables that ensure seamless Partner participation.
  • Oversee processes for recruitment, application, and registration to ensure exceptional partner/participant experience.
  • Maintain accurate and timely tracking of Partner activities, milestones, and outcomes through CRM and project management systems such as Salesforce and Asana.

Development 
  • Support regional fundraising efforts by building relationships with key community funders and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Development team to identify and engage potential donors, sponsors, and advocates.
  • Represent Momentum at community events and gatherings to enhance visibility and support strategic growth initiatives.

Other Responsibilities
  • Participate periodically in Momentum trips and events as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in community outreach, recruitment, or account management.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, creativity, and initiative.
  • Deep passion and commitment to Momentum’s mission and Israel.
  • Ability to travel periodically within the region and to participate in Momentum trips as required.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and Sundays for meetings and events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM databases, preferably Salesforce.

This is an exempt position. The salary range is $68,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on relevant experience.
